General Authority For Fish resources Development announces the international tenders the following: -
A) Preparing the technical studies &engineering design and tender documents to construct a modern Marine fish hatchery at K21 in Alexandria working with closed recirculation system technology , EGYPT to produce (3-5) million Fingerlings of sea bass , sea bream and supervising the implementation , construction, operation and management this hatchery for one year
- Opening secession of technical envelope will held on 12.00 hrs. Monday 19, November, 2012 at GAFRD head office 4th floor.
- The tender dossier is available against "5000” Egyptian Pounds “five thousand Egyptian Pounds”.
- Bid bond of “50000” Egyptian Pounds "only fifty thousand Egyptian Pounds” should be attached as a tender guarantee.
B) The supply and installation of (4) Marine Fish Cages, The diameter of each is 20 meters and diving equipment in Lake Bardawil ,North Sinai governorate, Egypt and training the staff for 3 months.
- Opening secession technical envelope will be held on 12.00 hrs. Wednesday, 21 November, 2012 at GAFRD head office 4th floor.
- The tender dossier is available against "5000” Egyptian Pounds “five thousand Egyptian Pounds”.
- Bid bond “80000” Egyptian Pounds "only eighty thousand Egyptian Pounds” should be attached as a tender guarantee.
Tender documents are available from Commercial Department, at a.m. address, on request by the name of Director of Commercial Affairs, against payment of the a.m. value.
Offers should submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, one financial envelope included by prices only and the other technical envelope included by the technical specifications and should accompanied by the a.m. bid bond per each tender separately , all papers and documents mentioned on tender doc. Should be also attached.
Bid bond could pay in cash to GAFRD treasure or Certified bank check or unconditional bank guarantee. Foreign letter of guarantee must be confirmed by an Egyptian authorized bank.
Bid bond in case of awarding will increased to 5% of the offer price as a performance guarantee.
Law No. 89 of 1998 and its implementing regulations should be considered complementally to this advertisement.
